Healthy Oats and Banana Pancakes

Super easy and perfect for breakfast, brunch or afternoon treat! This recipe makes just the right amount for two people.


What You'll Need:


  • 2 eggs

  • 2 dl oats

  • 1/2 banana

  • 2 tablespoons natural yoghurt (greek yoghurt or normal)

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds (pre-soaked in water for 10 minutes)

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 dl milk

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • A tiny bit of salt


How to:

  1. Add everything to a blender and mix.

  2. Heat a pan over medium heat and add some butter.

  3. Pour the batter to the pan. I usually do three pancakes at the time but it depends on how big you want them to be - I like mine small :)


Enjoy it with almond butter, fresh berries, maple syrup, or whatever you like! Sometimes I just have it with butter and a slice of cheese.
