Rush Hour Tuna Salad

No time to boil eggs (or maybe you've run out of them) and definitely no time to chop down many different things. We all have those extra busy days - this tuna salad can be made in minutes but still hits the spot!

What You'll Need:


  • 1 can of tuna

  • 3 tablespoons greek yoghurt

  • 1/3 of a cucumber

  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard

  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder

  • A pinch of cayenne pepper (if you like a kick)

  • Olive oil

  • Salt & pepper


How to:


  1. Drain the tuna and add to a bowl.

  2. Chop the cucumber in small cubes.

  3. Add greek yoghurt and spices to the bowl and give it a good mix.

  4. Done!


Spread it on a slice of bread, toasted bagel or a rice cracker. Enjoy :)
